Commerce Catalog API always returns 'Insufficient permissions to fulfill the request.'
I have tried using a sandbox account and a production account using the oauth application token, and it still denies me access. I figured for any sell API which I believe this API falls under, you have to have an active sellers account. I believe the production account is active (no payment method attached yet), and for the sandbox account, i'm not sure how to turn it into a sellers account.
Advisement would be helpful here.
