Best tool for bulk listing

We were looking to upload bulk listings to our account but can't seem to find the right tool. Any information on the what the best tool to use would be appreciated.

The absolute simplest would probably be the spreadsheet uploader within Seller Hub, as only a spreadsheet is required, with no programming skills. eBay provides a category-based spreadsheet template to be completed and uploaded: Seller Hub > Reports > Uploads.
Otherwise, to use an API, and upload directly from your server, you would use the legacy Trading API or the RESTful Sell APIs, and possibly the Site-hosted Photos API to transload photos to eBay hosting.
