Below standard help
Summary: me2youfinds is concerned about their account being below standards on eBay due to a low seller resolution score and questions potential further restrictions. They share that eBay advised them to take certain actions, leading to unintended negative consequences although they've maintained high performance in other areas. sarosch relates to their experience, explaining they also face similar issues with eBay and plan to pause their listings and explore other platforms. Both participants are seeking reassurance and strategies for improvement.
Okay so my account has been on below standards for almost 2 months now because my seller resolution is at 3.2 but everything else is at top rated seller. I have zero negative feedback. I don't ship late. I got this because eBay told me to do something and let them step in and they didn't go my way and got me in trouble that way. My question is after 2 months are there going to be any more restrictions besides the loss of promoting and I'm assuming views are down. I do have one of the issues falling off in a few months if I can't get it to a thousand sales in a year which I'm about almost there. Any help would be gratefully appreciated. On reassuring that nothing else is going to be taken towards me like suspension or making my account to only 250 .

·1 month agoI have the same situation. Mine is up in September. I keep calling and no help up the chain.
Once you're clear I think you'll be okay. My story is different and I just typed it up and it was deleted by someone. Arghh.
I have been with eBay since 1999. And my first and only cry for help meant nothing.
Talk to someone and get the dates that they will be removed. I took all my listings down until I'm whole. I'm going to shop other platforms, but it's summertime and that means slow business.
