!! Special Guest Speaker !! - Ed Flower: eBay's Head of Global Focused Categories & Buyer Premium Services
Ed will be joining us via video from Salt Lake City and will be covering any questions or comments that we wish to raise regarding Customer Service from eBay. Ed is well placed to address most aspects of eBay's Global Customer Experience as he heads a team of 500 customer service staff.

We will meet in the private meeting room of the Imperial Bar in Winter Park - some photos here. I checked out the area for parking availability mid-week at 5-6pm and there were plenty of parking options in the immediate area (plus the large parking lot by the train station).

I'll be in the Bar area by 5.00pm. There's a Happy Hour that runs until 5.30pm. If you can't get there until a little later then that's fine.

We'll be in their meeting room which is at the end of the corridor at the back of the bar. If you have any problems that evening, I'll try and keep an eye on the event chat forum to pick up any questions.

We'll also be giving away a good collection of eBay-branded SWAG and gift cards to spend on the site.

Feel free to pass on the invitation, or to bring a friend. Experienced and new sellers are very welcome. If this is your first time attending a local eBay seller event, I think you'll be very pleasantly surprised how many of your tricky problems can be solved by getting suggestions from the people best placed to understand your pain points - other sellers. Why struggle alone to re-invent the wheel? Come and join the tribe!
