Jewelry Reselling: Part 2 with Dave Benvenuto

Join the Lake Erie Resellers at the Bedford Branch Library for Part 2 of our special presentation on buying and reselling jewelry with experienced eBay seller Dave Benvenuto (eBay username: davi.benv).

Dave is back to dive even deeper into the world of jewelry resale, with practical tips you can use whether you’re just starting out or already buying and selling vintage, costume, and fine jewelry.

This time, Dave will cover:

• Finding jewelry to sell online – Where to look and what to look for when sourcing.

• Maximizing your online jewelry sales – Tips for getting more from the jewelry you already have.

• Knowing what you have – Identifying pieces, materials, markings, and potential value.

• Scrap precious metals – The basics of buying, identifying, and understanding scrap gold and other precious metals.

• Stones, testing, sizes & markets – What you need to know about gemstones, testing methods, measurements, and different jewelry markets.

• Pawn shop practices – What to know when buying jewelry from pawn shops and how to approach these purchases.

Whether jewelry is your specialty or you simply pick it up when you find it, this is a great opportunity to learn from someone with real-world experience and ask questions along the way.

As always, refreshments will be provided by List Perfectly and eBay swag will be provided for attendees.

The meeting is free and open to resellers of all experience levels. Come learn something new, share your own experiences, and connect with other local sellers in a relaxed and welcoming environment.
