Hello, My developer support status is INACTIVE. The support page instructs me to edit Primary Contact on Profile & Contacts, save the details, then click Edit again and Activate Support. However, the Edit button is greyed out and cannot be clicked. Both My Tickets and AI-Assisted Support show only the activation instructions, so I cannot submit a support ticket. How can I enable editing or activate support? I need to contact support about an additional keyset for a new application. Thank you.

anyone else's message box failing? trying to contact a seller to ask questions about their product

Hi, is anyone else having issues with sending messages to their customers? I keep getting emoji ☹️ that says message failed try again and when I do it won’t load, Is there a problem with the mobile app? ~Sylvia

I have issues purchasing things on my app. It showing error even though I have added my cards.

All day there's been error notices popping up all over and now messaging appears to have been lost. ETA: As a side note I LOATHE the AI 'help' they think I need to write a post.

I've been sick as a dog for 8 days, and now I'm about to get smacked in the face by a hurricane. I've also noticed whenever power goes out for big sections of Mobile, my neighborhood is always among the last to get it restored (reckon cuz we po', so we don't matter). I actually ordered my first Big Gurl Now power bank with a solar panel and all .... supposed to arrive Friday .... oh pleasepleaseplease don't lie to me Walmart! But enough about me. -All the weather models are predicting this thing to slop the whole Southestern U.S. and maybe on up the East coast too. -Not just with tons of rain but lots of tornado potential as well. There may have never been a better time for Columbus Day to give us a Monday off shipping, but 3-day weekends also tend to clog up the postal facilities when people bring in tons of packages on the next Tuesday .... and who knows how many sellers will still be without power or who-knows-what by then anyway. Yeah, it's still a bit too early to know exactly how bad this will be, but it won't be good.

Today I was charge a $3 fee for a promoted item.  The problem i I did not promote the item.  The price was only $14 so why would I promote such an inexpensive item.  When I called eBay this was the advise:   CANCEL THE ORDER   So if I do that the customer gets upset and I get a black mark on my seller account.  Great advice!    So basically I am screwed!  Da**ed if I do   da**ed if I don't!

Hi, Suddenly, the chat window has stopped responding and an error message is popping up, preventing me from accessing it. Could you please look into this and resolve it as quickly as possible? Thank you.

Hey. Have you guys noticed any issues on your awaiting shipment page? Mine isn't showing the total dollar amount sold. I see all the sales displayed correctly, but the total $$ sales aren't. Any advice is appreciated.
