Help! Advice needed urgently! I have been attempting to add a second shipping policy to my account and have run into the typical anti-help function that the ebay Sales Prevention Department seems to include in every one of the AI responses to my questions that I have received. I simply want to add USPS Ground Advantage, buyer pays shipping, money back guarantee, automatic free returns, and combined shipping. The AI answer tells me to use the advanced listing tool to set up my shipping options... great, except it now looks like all my new listings will show USPS Ground Advantage with no returns accepted, no free returns, no combined shipping, International shipping allowed (which I will not do). My original policy was set up years ago, but allowed only Priority Mail shipping, buyer pays, free returns, combined shipping and money back guarantee (including original shipping charge). I simply want a Ground Advantage alternative that includes everything in my Priority Mail shipping policy! HOW CAN I HAVE TWO SHIPPING POLICIES THAT ARE IDENTICAL EXCEPT FOR THE CARRIER? The thing that looks like a pizza with a slice missing. Or a Pac Man with mumps. I roll over it and all it does is rotate slightly to the right and add an 'X' out button. Doesn't show a location/address like when you roll over 'all posts' or ask a mentor.

Hi, So I received a package back yesterday, Friday, and it stated that "No Such Street could be Found, Return to Sender". So, how do I go about getting an other label once to Buyer puts their correct address into EBAY? I would like to get this back on its way asap. Thank You!

I don't get emails thankfully but when I login there are notifications about offers for items that I just looked at. Is there a way to turn this feature off. I understand for things that i am watching and interested in but not just looked at the page. Thanks in advance.

Have you had the experience yet of eBay taking over your shipping process for your listings? It just happened to me and I HATE IT! Apparently, this is the new normal for eBay for certain categories like clothing, shoes, etc. So, I had a new pair of sneakers listed (not flagged for item verification)- with a shipping cost of $22 (including handling fee.) I sold the shoes and when I went to create the shipping label, the page that came up gave me a button that said "Print Free Shipping Label." I was very confused since we all know that either the buyer or seller pays for the shipping of items. In this case, yes, the shipping label was "Free" to me because the buyer paid it. It also said on the same page that the item would be shipped thru eBay via FedEx. I don't typically use FedEx for any of my shipping bc they aren't as convenient for drop off, they're typically more expensive, etc. Anyway, I clicked on the "Free Shipping Label" button and was taken to a page that says, print you label- the Fed Ex label. I was given no choice, no ability to change the shipping service. Furthermore, it turns out that eBay automatically changed the shipping cost in my listing to $14.95 (my actual shipping charge on the listing was $22) and that's what the buyer was charged-$14.95 (not $22.) According to eBay when I called, this is a new process being rolled out by eBay for certain categories like shoes. I never received any communication about this new process. Did anyone? And we CAN'T OPT OUT! Apparently, sellers are now stuck with having no control on how much postage is being charged for their items (regardless of whatever cost for shipping is in your listing), and which shipping company will be used. Please eBay, communicate what the hell is going on and why sellers can't opt out of this "New Process!!!"

Every time I click on an item from the search page on my iPad, the eBay app closes. Why is this? If I make it a watched item, then clicking on it opens the item. I have the latest versions of iPadOS and eBay App.

The intent of this post is a PSA for buyers. Ask the seller if your item will be packed in a box or plastic bag. Ask the seller who will be the shipper. Ask the seller where your item is located. I tried to purchase a "Pack of 4". 3 Items arrived in a WALMART bag. The seller requested that I "close the case" to receive a partial refund for the missing item. I requested to get what I purchased, send the missing item, to close the case. I received a full refund as the seller WOULDN'T send the missing item.

I recently sold a pair of Adidas shoes for $110 that went through eBay's Authenticity Guarantee. The authentication center determined they were "unable to confirm authenticity," so the sale was canceled and the shoes were returned to me. Unfortunately, the return shipment was sent to my old registration address instead of my current return address. eBay explained that my registration address had not been updated before the buyer completed payment, so that's the address the authentication center used. The package was shipped by OnTrac/LaserShip to the address of my former USPS Post Office (my old PO Box location). According to the delivery photo, the package was left outside the building. I never received it. I immediately opened an investigation with OnTrac, but they closed it and told me to contact the shipper. I then contacted eBay Authenticity Guarantee. Their response was that: The shoes were returned to the registration address on file. Because I voluntarily refunded the buyer, they consider the transaction resolved. They will not open a claim with OnTrac and advised me to work with the carrier. My concern isn't really about which address was used anymore. My concern is that I never got my property back after it left the authentication center. Has anyone experienced something similar?

buyer want the returning of 3 items after opening them but i clearly mention in my returning policy that once a package opened returning is not accepted though buyer said i did not send the product same as mention in listing infact the product is same according to listing

Currently eBay uses only the 5 digit zip code to track all USPS packages to prove delivery. With todays technology, why not utilize the entire 9 digit zip to help stop the fake tracking scam? It's not a full proof solution, but it is far more accurate than what is in place now, and doesn't seem like a hard thing to implement with USPS shipments. I believe shipping labels sometimes have the 9 digits, why not the tracking fro proof of delivery, too?
