We have an update to share about USPS Ground Advantage rates. Effective August 8, 2026, USPS updated rates for select Ground Advantage shipments, including those purchased through eBay Labels. This update only affects: Packages weighing 3–5 lbs Shipments to Zones 5–8 Here's what's changing: Zone 5: Rates will increase by $1.00 Zones 6–8: Rates will increase by $2.00 We'll continue to keep you informed as shipping rates change so you have the latest information as quickly as possible. From August, eligible delivery delays won’t hurt your seller rating if you ship on time with an eBay label. eBay is taking stronger action to help reduce unpaid items and keep auctions reliable. Buyers who don’t pay will receive warnings and will face bidding or offer restrictions if they continue. No seller action is required. Learn more

As of July 24, 2026, the 10% US global tariff on all imports has expired. New country-specific tariff rates of 10% to 12.5% are now in effect, depending on the item’s country of origin. In addition, as of July 22, 2026, the US implemented a 25% tariff on certain Brazilian imports like footwear and furniture. Certain additional tariffs continue to apply where applicable depending on the item's country of origin. For the latest country-specific rates, see the official US government guidance . Over the coming weeks, we’re expanding eBay’s Authenticity Guarantee to include eligible single trading cards priced at $200 and above (down from $250). This means more high-value trading card transactions on eBay will include authentication at no additional cost, helping create more trust, protection, and confidence on eBay. Why this matters Authenticity Guarantee helps buyers feel more confident before they purchase and gives sellers added protection after the sale. When an eligible card sells, you’ll ship it to the authentication facility. Our partners at Professional Sports Authenticator (PSA) will verify the card’s authenticity and confirm that it matches the listing through a multi-point inspection. Once authenticated, the card is packed securely and shipped to the buyer with tracked delivery. Cards are not graded or re-graded as part of this process. What’s changing Eligible raw and graded single trading cards priced at $200 and above listed on ebay.com will qualify for Authenticity Guarantee once the service becomes available in the following categories: CCG = 183454 Toys & Hobbies > Collectible Card Games > CCG Individual Cards NSTC = 183050 Collectibles > Non-Sport Trading Cards > Trading Card Singles STC = 261328 Sports Mem, Cards & Fan Shop > Sports Trading Cards > Trading Card Singles Eligible listings will automatically display the blue Authenticity Guarantee badge when they qualify. What this means for you The selling process remains the same. When an eligible card sells, ship it to the authentication facility shown in your order details. PSA will inspect the card and listing details, then the card will be securely shipped to the buyer after authentication. A few helpful reminders: Ship each Authenticity Guarantee order individually. Combined shipping is not currently supported. Upload tracking through My eBay or Seller Hub so the order can be tracked and seller protections can apply. Review your titles, photos, descriptions, and condition details for accuracy. Check Seller Hub order details to confirm whether a sold item qualified for Authenticity Guarantee. How to prepare Keep listing as usual, but review eligible single-card listings to make sure details are accurate. For raw cards, ensure photos, condition, and descriptions are clear. For graded cards, check the grading company, case, label, certification details, and listing photos. If you use listing tools, integrations, or bulk workflows, please plan for more orders to route through the authentication facility once this expansion takes effect. eBay for Charity makes it easy for sellers to support causes they care about while growing their business. Sellers can choose from more than 225,000 enrolled charities and donate a percentage of the proceeds from their listings. Since 2003, the eBay community has raised more than $1.7 billion for charities. Participating is simple. When creating or revising a listing, sellers can select a charity and choose what percentage of the sale price they'd like to donate. Eligible charity listings can also receive added visibility through the eBay for Charity program, helping sellers connect with purpose-driven buyers while supporting a meaningful cause. The program is designed to be flexible and rewarding. Sellers can support the causes they care about, attract socially conscious shoppers, receive discounts on FVF’s, and receive a tax receipt for eligible charitable donations where applicable. Once an item sells, the donation is collected and distributed to the selected charity through eBay's donor-advised fund partners as part of regular monthly payouts. We recognize that USPS has made more frequent rate changes this year, and we understand how important it is for sellers to stay ahead of these updates. We're working closely with USPS to help sellers navigate these changes and provide timely updates as they happen. Today, we have another update to share.  Effective Saturday, July 25, 2026, USPS is increasing Ground Advantage rates. As a result, eBay Labels rates for Ground Advantage shipments weighing 3–5 lbs. will increase by $0.10 across shipping zones 1 - 8. This is the only USPS rate update at this time. Updated rates will automatically be reflected in the eBay shipping calculator when they take effect. We're continuing to work with our carrier partners to provide sellers with the most competitive shipping rates available.
