In our 2019 Fall Seller Update, we announced updated returns policies to deliver a retail-standard returns experience to buyers and help increase conversion for sellers. Starting in March 2020, listings that do not align with one of the following updated returns policy options will be automatically updated for you:
- No Returns (“Final Sale”)
- 30-day returns
- Free 30-day returns
- 60-day returns
- Free 60-day returns
14-day returns policy exception in the Jewelry & Watches selling category
As a reminder, you can offer 14-day returns when you list items in the Jewelry & Watches selling category in the US and Canada. You may also offer any of the five updated returns policies above if you prefer.
Top Rated Seller program eligibility
The 14-day returns policy exception in the Jewelry & Watches category also allows you to qualify for our Top Rated Seller program and receive a 10% discount on Final Value Fees.* The change will apply to the November Top Rated review cycle.
*Note: the Top Rated Seller badge is only available for listings that offer 30-day or longer returns.
