Why did eBay go so wrong.

I remember the days when a buyer/seller on eBay could speak with a live eBay rep. Now, and through what appears to be "Woke Ignorance", the aforementioned can't even email, or chat with an eBay rep let alone speak with one. In what world is that okay...

Can't log on, and apparently all of Ebay's phone number are no longer active. What's up???
