Problem is it was delivered and the buyer is aware but somehow wants his

I screwed up and got 2 labels switched and sent the wrong item to 2
buyers. One buyer is communicating and of course the one who received
the more expensive item, one they didn't buy, isn't. Am I just out and
have to refund the one buyer? It's my mis...
I messed up and got 2 labels on the wrong boxes. Is there a way to get
return labels to my customers? I have looked and can't find any where. I
thought maybe the labels weren't available unless there was a return
request because I've never dealt with...
I just got back into this and it has changed. I have a customer that
wanted a deal on 2 items. I agreed and he added the items to his cart.
Where do I go to see this and send him an invoice. I've looked
everywhere I know to look. Thanks in advance.

I'm small and don't have close to the volume. But, I've never had any
problems just printing 6 or 8 labels at a time. Just thinking maybe
until you get it figured out, try printing in batches of 5. I know it
will still take more time, but not as much...
