I want to offer free shipping for very lightweight items. Can I just put them in an envelope with a stamp? There would be no tracking involved. If I state that in the item description is that enough?

I listed an item and received 2 bids. I have since gotten additional information on the items and would like to add it to the listing. I tried but the changes were not accepted. Is this not an option?
