I just bought a starter store but the language is unclear. At first it

If I create a flat shipping rule under combined shipping discounts where
the buyer only pays 2.80 shipping once and all the rest of the items
have free shipping...How can I only apply that for DVDs and not the rest
of the items in my shop?
I have tried cancelling and relisting 3 times and nothing works. None of
