Does anyone know how to be able to hide my sold items from people who look into my online auctions

I am trying to sell a cell phone. For the last three times I have had it I get a different person who bids on it that is new to Ebay and has a zero rating. They don't pay for it so I have to go through the whole process of opening a claim with them. ...

Lately I am not able o do relisting in bulk. I have to go into each auction individually and relist it. Am I missing something?
