I have accepted a Best Offer on a newly listed item. After ignoring my
requests for payment, the buyer contacted me to say he's having trouble
with his bank. Am I free to accept another Best Offer if prior to him
sending payment?
I have sold an item that offered free Local Pickup in my city. For any
other purchasers, S&H was to be calculated based on their zip code. The
purchaser is out of state 400+ miles from me, but was not charged the
S&H. How is this even possible????
Is there a contact number to return a call from an Ebay Outreach Team
member? When I use the number they called on, it says it is a
non-working number.
I cannot get past Step #3 when registering for Managed Payments. Get an
error message every time. eBay has been telling me for 30 days that they
are working on it. Any thoughts??
