Would anyone be able to help me in identifying the mark on a wonderful Copper base Tray. I’ve searched all I knew in the Copper world but haven’t found anything even close.

I've been clearing out my storage area and came across these 'stamps'. Unfortunately I can't figure out What they would be used for as they are a Steel type metal, and with the Pin coming out the one end?????

Would anyone know what type of Bag this is?? It looks to me like a Large Waist Bag, but that just doesn't sound right. I've researched all the areas I could think of but found nothing useful.
