International shipping costs are outrageous . I shipped a 4 oz item from
Niagara NY to Niagara Canada where , from 1 P.O. to the other is perhaps
5 miles and both are 1/2 mile from the border . USPS charged $16 for 3
oz. and there was no import fee ....
I have an international buyer who wishes to have an item shipped by UPS
as the item is too heavy for P.O. . I'm unable to send an invoice , as
to make a UPS label , I need , name , full address ; phone # or I can't
determine shipping cost.
when I enter a tracking # a notice pops up stating " by sending this
info , a 3rd party can read it " ............. Is anyone else getting
this message and who is sending it ? All info appreciated
