I sent a product to the customer several days ago, but it isnt showing
as shipped in the system. Also, a different product was mailed out the
same day as a seperate order, and the one order shows an update in
shipping and not the other
Well the non ESE label was purchased through Ebay through the usual
Sellers Hub process, I just meant it was a USPS service and not the ESE
label. Sry if i didnt clarify
If you are impying that it's my fault for not uusing a more reliable
method of tracking, the customer has the ability to choose and then pay
for an alternate shipping method. I just offer them the echeapest
option. No one is forcing their hand
