First, eBay allows the sale of fraudulent "fascimile" bootleg reprints
of classic collectible comics, then they nuke the whole category into
one big section of "comics and graphic novels". What a joke.
I agree, Promoted Listings Standard fees are refunded automatically. I
came here looking for the answer and the automatic refund hit my account
while browsing these replies.

I posted about this problem last night in this section and my post
disappeared. Not to worry though, I'm sure it won't take months or
forever for our listings to work again. Ebay will get right on it as
usual. I guess I should turn off my PL advanced...
