eBay

I’ve had multiple experiences lately with eBay sellers with either cancelled winning bids and sellers never sending out winning bids. I found 15 fraudulent sellers i 5 minutes with similar issues but eBay has not responded and they are still on eBay

Fraud case. seller said she didn't have an item that I won. Item shows it shipped but no tracking number. I purchased a similar item from her that I did receive. I can't start a case till the time has passed for the delivery date. Any help thank in a...
