When I have buyers purchasing multiple auctions, they are not receving
shipping discounts I have set up on my auctions. I have to create an
invoce and change the S/H charges. Then send them the correct invoce
charges.
I have on my auctions I do not sell outside USA but eBay allowed someone
from Austailia to buy 5 of my auctions. What's up with that? How do I
make sure when I cancel these transactions, I don't end up with negative
% ratings?
I live in Amherst, NH. Dropped off 7 ESUS envelopes containing baseball
cards at the Amherst PO lobby outgoing slot on April 22. Only 2 were

Both ends of the envelopes are flexible so the machines are able to grab
onto them and pull them thru. They are not coming back as
"Non-Machinable Postage Due". Matter of that, some not showing scanned
by the PO, buyers have left me positive feedback...
I use both top loaders & semi-rigids, depends on how many cards being
shipped. Problems with no scans occur with both. They both are less the
1/4" limit so that's not a problem.
I mail baseball cards under $20 using ESUS. Most of the time I have no
problems but this week has been horrible and I even dropped off my ESUS
envelopes at the town PO! 8 showing no scans at all and you can imagine
what it does to my "Top Rated Selle...
I look at it this way, once the PO is in possession of the envelope and
accepted with date received, it is out of my hands. I am not responsible
after that and the buyer needs to deal with the PO. I do not issue
refunds when this happens.
