Reduction in Ebay Traffic?

Has anyone else noticed a decent (~40%) reduction in impression traffic and subsequently sales from Oct 4 to Oct 13? I'm trying to figure out if this is an ebay wide issue or perhaps something to do with my specific items. Thanks!

I have a couple moles I would rather be without, and don't really want to get surgery. I've heard of this cream called DermaTend that supposedly removes them, I'm wondering if anyone has tried it and with what results? Thanks all!
