Recently eBay has allowed sellers to reply to feedback comments. I was
able to do this for a few days, now, though the box comes up, I am
unable to write a response to the buyer. My feedback is very kind & I
would like to thank the buyers on occasion...
A buyer has contacted me via messages to let me know that the item I
sold has arrived damaged. I can exchange the item as I have another. The
buyer is going to send photos of the damaged item. Do I just handle this
myself? I trust the buyer & realize...
I am not able to change a wrong catagory in books. For instance a book I
have listed is mistakenly listed under cookbooks, but under revisions I
cannot change that catagory
