eBay notifictions delayed by up to 24 hours

Anyone having issues with delays on FixedPriceTransaction notifications using the trading API. 

Started about 24 hours ago and for the last 6 sales the notifications have been delayed from anywhere from  12 to 24 hours. 

I've checked the ApplicationURL website and there are no connectivity errors or attempts from eBay to connect as soon as a item is sold so this looks like a issue on eBay side.

I've also checked the GetNotificationsUsage and there are no failed/queued counts

QueuedNewCount: 0
QueuedPendingCount: 0
ExpiredCount: 0
ErrorCount: 0

Just received another notification for a item sold 18 hours ago.

Issue is still ongoing - 75% of the notifications are now within a few seconds of being sold, but 25% are still 12-24 hours out.  Am I the only one experiencing this?
