Flags Of Our Nation Set 4 Perforations

Can anyone tell me what's wrong with this picture.   Anyone ever seen this before with this series of Flags Of Our Nation?

It's a miscut, a minor error in the manufacturing process. Maybe worth a small premium.

I've broken down numerous Flags Of Our Nation rolls into strips of 5 or 10,  and I can only account for 5 stamps, in order,  out of this miss cut .   Can the miss cut only occur  in a few stamps in a roll? 

I do have a couple strips of 5 that appear to have a minor  miss cut but don't have the means to measure how much.  They just don't look like the perforations are uniform.

I've just never seen Flags Of Our Nation miss prints or miss cuts listed on  eBay.

Hi I have not seen this before on this issue.

What is the reason for the 2nd and third out of focus photos?  Maybe I'm missing something?

The 2nd and 3rd photos were supposed to provide a closer look at each end of the stamp.
