I've been corresponding with a gentleman who is interested in selling some of his stuff, and so far the most interesting of what he has are some Central Albania revenue stamps. When I told him I didn't know them well enough to decide if they were good or bad he sent them in for certs and the each came back good. Does anyone have the appropriate literature to give an approximate value?
