9am and 42 degs. Looks like another 60 deg day today. 

About time. Spring is so late. I saw photos from last 2 years and my yard had already been mowed twice.

I need to check and see if the "girls" are doing yard work this year.

I might list something occasionally. I don't know about that.

What I have now stopped moving at anything resembling good a year ago. I stuck it out. I have adjusted more than once with what I sell and so on.

The attitude in this country is toxic. I may just stop dealing with it on a daily basis.

Sorry to hear - we might be following suit by May/June.  Just not really viable/sustainable for us either.  We too have morphed a great deal.

Our weather turned back to winter - Easter flowers now toast, even covered up.   Makes me sad.  Birdies are SO confused!

DIL said it was snowing in Indiana yesterday. She said it was 72 degrees one day and 30 the next.

I think we have passed the snowy nasty winter weather.

Messing with my meds to get my potassium down has caused other issues. Somedays are great some not so much.

Im keeping a log so I can show the Drs. SMH

Sorry your meds are causing you fits. I have had to be super careful about potassium for Dennis because of his lessened kidney function. I am assuming your doctor has told you what foods to avoid to limit intake of potassium. No oranges, no cantalope, no bananas, no dairy milk, no brown sodas.  And if you take a vitamin/mineral supplement make sure it is not loaded with potassium

I know you probably already know all that.

I am not doing much. I fell down the front step when carrying a box of books to the car. A couple of cracked ribs and a twisted knee. Ouchy.

my potassium has always been fine, even with the kidney issues. I have blood work all the time and this time it just went really high.

I didnt notice because the symptoms are normal for lupus and fibro. 

I did a bunch of research on the cymbalta Im taking for nerve pain and it is not listed as a side effect but in the study there is a little blurb at the bottom that says in rear cases it may cause high or low potassium. 

For now we are playing with dosage and the potassium level is going down.

Getting my hair done today. I have to go early.

Car issues.... trying to get off that medication and having withdrawal symptoms.
