All of our freight orders continue to show up on eBay as no carrier scan.
For example, we used SAIA freight for this order. We uploaded tracking (pro number) on time, and made sure to choose SAIA FREIGHT.
Yet, this order (along with many more) continue to appear to eBay as "no carrier scan."
How do we prevent this? This also happens with other freight carriers, such as Forward air, UPS Freight, etc.

When you track it on the carrier's website, does it show scans @tekbuff ?

I suggest contacting eBay's US-based customer service team through social media @tekbuff . Send a DM to one of eBay's social CS teams: ebayforbusiness on facebook, ebayforsellers on insta, askebay on X
1. Ask them to look at tracking on carrier sites. These freight carriers are integrated with eBay, so if eBay's not picking up tracking on any freight shipment that's a site error eBay needs to address.
2. Ask them to restore your metrics as your TRS status is in jeopardy over a site error.
