change address after purchase order

Any one knows if you can change your order's shipping address before tracking information shows up?

As a buyer, I would ask the seller to cancel the purchase and then repurchase with the correct address at checkout, IF, of course the order has not already shipped.

That is the correct way to do it as the seller is supposed to only ship to the address you submitted.

Some sellers will change the address for a buyer without repurchase if it is a inexpensive purchase. 

I have done that for buyers before but not with what I deem as expensive. 

Sellers are not required to change an address.

When a buyer makes a purchase, he sees on the invoice the shipping address.

If he wants to change it, he has to change it then and there.
