Will ebay penalize seller since the shipping is down?

I have an item that needs to go to the authenticator, so the free shipping label comes from ebay. (Otherwise I would use pirateship) Since ebay's shipping is down, will they penalize for not getting this out on time? TIA

trouble shipping

Is anyone else having trouble trying to print shipping labels. I live in MN, It was fine up until 20 minutes ago.

Update: 11:56AM CST. still unable to print shipping labels. Hoping this problem is resolved sooner rather than later today…

I have been unable to print shipping labels for an hour now. I was in the middle of shipping everything I sold over the weekend and it just quit working. Is anyone else having this issue?

Issue purchasing shipping label
