When will we be reimbursed for FedEx blunders?

And when will it be safe to ship FedEx again?
Massive upgrades last week and again today.  NO reimbursement yet.

Just entered a package.  83 lbs (31 x 13 x 11) FedEx quote: $74.25
If I change the dimensions to (31 x 13 x 12) just to be safe, the quote is $73.24

I'm scared to ship it
