USPS shipping down.

Aside from the USPS system being down, has anyone else has issues with running bulk USPS scan forms after 8 PM EST. I have had this issue for a long time now with nothing fixed by Ebay even after multiple calls.

With labels currently down, scan forms probably will be, too. I suggest trying again after label service is restored. If you're still having problems, come back and provide more details.
