In regard to your purchase, you may open a case for an item-not-received on the day after the anticipated delivery date. The anticipated delivery date is posted with your item purchase information in your Purchase History.
Did you contact the seller to inquire if the seller shipped your item? If the seller failed to mark the item as shipped then it would not be marked as shipped in your Purchase History. You should contact the seller
Once you have the tracking number (if the item has been shipped), you should check the status on the shipping company’s website; you will be able to monitor the shipping status via eBay if the seller enters the tracking number in eBay’s system.
