Did you mean:

So I received a Payment in PP for $2.77

from ebay Inc Shipping.

I'm assuming this is a label I overpaid postage on but nowhere does it give you any details, not even a tracking #.

Any ideas?

So apparently 2 parcels I sent at the 2lb PM rate (they were a smidge over the 1lb on my scale) were deemed by USPS to actually be 1 lb.

Nice to know they actually refund for that

Best to contact ebay to supply the answer.

Be happy that it's not a $2.77 withdrawl

Well I already know what it's for (presumably) but it would be nice to not have to go freaking search for the actual transaction.

If it is a USPS adjustment, then you should see it on this page:

Thank you for that link!    I found this thread doing a Google search because I also received a PP refund from Ebay for $2.77.      Your link showed me that I had overpaid postage on an item, so an amount of that was refunded.    Surprised me because I didn't think any of the carriers did that.    It was only off by 2 oz.

I was worried it was some kind of phishing attempt.

I did find the Paypal email about the shipping refunds and it gives a tracking #. Why can't they put that information on the refund ?
