No freebies but they give store subscribers a coupon for 25% off.

Sellers who have a Store subscription at the Basic level or higher get a quarterly coupon which can be used with one specific authorized seller of eBay shipping materials.

Starter Store = no coupon

Basic Store = $25 off coupon

Premium Store = $50 off coupon

Anchor/Enterprise store = $150 off coupon

One coupon issued on the first of each quarter. Must be used in a single transaction. Use it by the deadline or lose it.
