I've opened a return case which has been accepted but there is no full return address for the Seller. I've mailed him multiple times and he won't respond.
There's no option to get eBay to step in that I can see and I can't find any other way of getting in contact with them. The case will automatically close on the 28th.
Any suggestions ?

Use the help and contact link at bottom of page. You can choose by phone or chat with automated assistant. If you choose chat with automated assistant you'll be given an option during the chat to speak with an agent.

It should be on the original package. Check for a link in the return that says buy or print label.
