It's back!
"Sorry, we couldn't find a delivery service for this order. Error getting quotes from server. Retry" Comes up again 2024-04-01 5pm, as well as the good ole "No services available" on the main label page.
I used the "Bulk Order" workaround for a year (because normal shipping gave me the "No services available" error last year), that worked great, but now it's doing this even in www.ebay.com/gslblui/bulk/, where it says "Sorry, we couldn't find a delivery service for this order. Error getting quotes from server. Retry". I suspect the real reason has something to do with eBay losing their discount with the shipping companies and they're just playing dumb lol. But seriously, using ebay shipping, I usually get a 50% discount on large packages through fedex and ups, over going to the counter in person. So a package that costs $400, goes for $200 through the now-defunct ebay label system.

I have discussed your concern with my manager and let me inform you that there is a temporary technical glitch in the site due to which you are not being able to purchase the label for the above item now and hence I am raising a ticket on the same on high priority basis so that the relevant team will investigate the matter and will fix it as soon possible so that you won't face the same issues ever again going forward.
And for now I would suggest you to kindly purchase the label outside eBay and ship the item to the buyer for now.
You can also get your item shipped directly from your nearest post office.

I have cross checked your account and see that your account seems to be working absolutely fine and there is no issues in your account. Please rest assured of that and this issue is from eBay's end because of the temporary glitch.
the other thing is this is not a temporary glitch, I've had this problem for a year and using bulk shipping was a workaround until today
