Package Type in new Listing Tool

Is there a way to change/set the package type in the shipping section of the new listing tool?

I can see it in International shipping, but not in domestic.

I couldn't find it. Not sure if that's because I use business policies. Really there are only 2 types that matter: package or letter/flat

For the latter you can use flat rate shipping instead of calculated.
