PRIORITY FLAT RATE SHIPPING INCREASE

just tried printing flat rate usps priority envelope, WAS $6.94 NOW $7.33  **bleep**, there are no increases from USPS.   WHATS GOING ON???

From October 18 until December 27, USPS is adding a surcharge of 40 cents to all online postage for Priority Mail and Parcel Select Ground, and 25 cents on online postage for First Class packages.  Here's the announcement from last August.
