I have many listings that have the message "Read item description or contact seller for shipping options". My shipping options are there for every listing. I have contacted eBay many times and they don't know why. They have escalated it to IT but nothing changes. Anyone know of any workaround? Thanks.

Maybe check your account settings on the eBay site. When there go to selling, then shipping preferences. The setting might be under standard discount settings. I have my setting listed as standard rates without discount. Not sure if this is the setting you need to change but it's worth a shot.

Could you please give us a link or listing number for one of these problem listings?

Try this…. Revise your listings add your shipping details because you didn’t put anything for shipping details in those listings when you listed them .

Are you using policies or are you using sell similar or templates?
Maybe you have a bad template (the shipping area is goofed up)
maybe there is a policy that is corrupted somehow?
I see @nobody*s_perfect has chimed in...my dime says they can really help you....

Yes, I did. That’s the issue. The shipping is in there, eBay has confirmed that it is but it’s not showing for the buyers. We have tried to set up a new shipping policy and move my items to it and that doesn’t work. Also, tried ending and relisting items and that doesn’t work either.

Are you setting them up with First Class package shipping? If so, switch to Ground Advantage.

325935212328 says that... because you have no shipping 'type' listed for this listing.
Edit each one that doesn't 'say' anything- will look like this:

I am using Ground Advantage.

I have set up Ground Advantage as my default shipping method.
