Jacksonville, FL USPS Distribution Center Issues

Anyone else having troubles with packages going into a proverbial black hole at the Jacksonville, FL USPS Distribution Center? Have (at least) 4 packages that have been stuck there for over a week, each with their own "Item Not Received" cases opened against me. Opened missing mail search requests via the USPS website and told buyers to please wait, but they are not having any of it.

Yes, I've had issues with that place.  The packages are stuck for days and days.  I guess it is partly to do with recent USPS changes as well as covid infection rates in Florida.  I know that doesn't help you much, but at least you know you aren't the only one.
