Item not received

I did not receive the item. I paid for it with PayPal. And now the item has gone from eBay. And its gone from my "Purchase List", which means I can not open a case since item or purchase doesnt exists.

How to solve this???

What do you have under "More actions" on your Purchase history page:

I only got "Follow this seller" and "Contact seller".

I got several messages from seller saying they sent the item, maybe just to make it go over the 30-day money back guarantee?

Find the transaction in Paypal and file a case for item not received there. You have 180 days to file from I believe the date of sale.

File a PayPal dispute for Item not received, since that's how you paid:

Then go back immediately and click Escalate to PayPal near the bottom.

And you will get a refund in a week and a half.
