As the title states this is a heads up on International Shipping reimbursement for damaged items. Be aware that even if you show pictures of the damage USPS will NOT refund money on damaged items if the buyer refuses to take the item to their post office. Ebay will take the money from your account and refund the buyer though. 

So just be aware that even though your item is insured you might not be able to collect. I no longer do international shipping.

Are you using Ebay International Shipping?

If you are, you only have to get it to the US hub and Ebay takes care of any problems after that.
