It seems the FedEx underpaid issue is bigger than they thought. Please be aware that not only was the calculator not applying the discount but was NOT calculating the dimensional weight properly. Don't let them tell you the calculator does not adjust for dimensional weight. It should and DOES normally as stated in Ebay's own words. There would be ZERO reason why the calculator they provide would not adjust accordingly....unless they were ripping people off purposefully.
