Tracking is the only proof of shipping and delivery.

If it keeps your customers from complaining, good for you.
If the claim INR, they win whether you have pictures or not.

A good old .68 stamp and a standard envelope...hand write the address on the envelope works for me.
Haven't lost anything through the USPS last year plus this year for anything under 20 bucks.
I actually haven't lost anything yet domestic or International even with tracking using the USPS tracking which I purchase at the post office.
I don't need to buy ink and paper to print a label or use a special envelope.

How does taking a photo fix it, all that proves is you can take a photo.
If tracking shows it was delivered, you're good.
