Can't Find Option to buy extra UPS Insurance on "Print Label" Check out??

Just sold my item.. About $3100.00. It will ship UPS.. Went to buy insurance at check out and print label but there is no option on the page to buy extra UPS insurance. There is supposed to be an option for extra options.

I printed label but no option for extra ups insurance???? Where is it?????

Hi @maraeht . The additional UPS, FedEx and ShipCover insurance limit on eBay is $1k (technically $999 for UPS) which is why you're not able to insure that $3100 item. If you haven't shipped yet you can purchase third party insurance outside eBay. Don't forget to add signature confirmation!

Generally speaking, if you don't see any additional shipping options, not even to insure up to $1k, you may be on the simplified version of the label page.

On the label purchase page make sure your label options are expanded so you can access those features.
