Buyer selected pick-up and now wants to ship

I am in Indiana and the Buyer is in California. She selected pick-up and now wants to ship. I have searched and searched how to revert to shipping. Nothing works on Order Details. I click on Purchase Label and it states Pick-Up. She did pay for the item.I thought about cancelling and refunding the order, relisting and if she is interested she can purchase again. Any thoughts. Thanks for your time.

That's one option. Another option is to have her send funds for shipping (PayPal, Venmo, etc) and buy a label through pirateship.com or at the post office.

My vote? Cancel, citing buyer requested.  Relist with correct shipping.  Buyer buys and pays.  You ship.

I would cancel and have the buyer purchase with the correct shipping.

You can cancel as buyer requested because the buyer will not be picking up.
