I sold a mk watch on Dec 15th I shipped on the 16th posted in possession they shipped it on the 18th my point closes at noon and package don't go out on Saturdays. Anyways on Christmas eve buyer filed for refund he said the date said delivery by Christmas. I didn't state it would ebay choose the date according to shipping. I enter my tracking ebay closed the case reward myself it said case closed. I thought that was the end of it. . It's now Jan 20th I see refunded on the watch. I just checked my PayPal it shows he was refunded. I clicked on the dispute because the buyer received the watch on Dec 26th. He kept the watch and was refunded. It's a expensive item I'm upset that ebay wouldn't make hI'm ship the item back if they were gonna refund when he got the item. Anyone know what will happen with the appeal process or if I can dispute through paypal ?
