I cleared cookies/cache/browsing history and it's still happening.

I see this error from time to time and it seems to appear when the page is idle for a while.

On my to do list is coming up with a list of best practices on how to use Community - ie - use an up to date browser, refresh your screen daily, and so on.

I'm keeping an eye on this error and will escalate with Khoros if necessary, but do tag me if you notice a pattern when this error happens so I can tell Khoros support. They have to be able to reproduce the error in order to fix it.

That's not what happened in my case. I hadn't signed in to these boards since 7/12. When I signed in on 7/26 I clicked on the notification feed and instantly saw that message. I cleared all my browser info and tried again but got the same error. The error appeared any time I checked the notifications for 2 days- then it went away.
