Navigation Up Arrow missing on board pages

Howdy,

Would someone kindly restore the bottom right hand corner "up arrow" navigation capability to the Community Board pages, please?

Constantly having to manually scroll back to the top of pages get a tad annoying.  Especially after reading long informational posts.

We're spoiled - we really want that navigation back.
