packing slips with no addresses

When ebay changed the format of the packing slips, it apparently also changed whether addresses appear on them.  No addresses appear on them on one of my IDs, but on the other one the addresses appear like usual. is there a fix for this? I would like the addresses to appear.

I had to disable my ad blocker in Chrome for the label pages and that fixed the issue.

I was having this problem, too, and eBay was going to look into it.  The solution was posted by someone on one of the eBay boards.  You have to disable your ad blocker for that page, and then you'll get the from/to addresses.  It worked for me.
